Se declaró la nulidad de todas las actuaciones surtidas en la tutela de la referencia desde el auto admisorio proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Planeta Rica (Córdoba), toda vez que se omitió la notificación a un tercero con interés legítimo en la decisión.
En consecuencia, se ordenó al citado despacho judicial que reinicie el proceso de su conocimiento, previa notificación a todas las partes interesadas en la misma, así como a todas aquellas entidades que en su criterio deban responder.
Surtido dicho trámite, las acciones de tutela seguirán el curso señalado en el Decreto 2591 de 1991.

- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todas las actuaciones surtidas en la presente accion de tutela desde el auto admisorio de las misma proferido el 3 de noviembre de 2000 23 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Planeta Rica (Cordobsa).
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Planeta Rica que reinicie el proceso de su conocimiento, previa notificacion a todas las partes interesadas en la misma, asi como a todas aquellas entidades que en su criterio deban responder. Surtido dicho tramite, las acciones de tutela seguiran el tramite senalado en el decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, REMITIR los expedientes de la referencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Planeta Rica (Cordoba) a fin de que se surta el tramite indicado en el numeral anterior.
